Heat Pressing

Trimming

Cleaning and Buffing
After trimming, we further clean and buff the plates to give them a polished and high-quality look.
UV Light Sterilization

Shrink Wrapping
For added protection, the plates are shrink-wrapped, keeping them fresh and ready for transport.
Packing in Carton Boxes

Dining Ready
The plates are now ‘Dining Ready’, perfect for serving food at events, restaurants, or at home.
Disposal
Once used, the plates are 100% biodegradable and can be disposed of in compost or waste facilities.
